Reach - Case Study

The Problem:

Thousands of pets end up homeless or in shelters each year, and the main reason this is happening is the lack of information people have about these pets. The problem is the way people treat pets; for example, parents use pets to teach their kids responsibility without taking into consideration what might happen to these pets afterward. People don’t have enough information about the pets they get, and it’s not an easy thing to validate what you can find online. there are tons of wrong information and myths online.

The Audience:

REACH is an information service that provides validated and trusted information about pets. REACH targets new pet owners and parents looking to get a pet. Often they don’t have the time to search for what works best for them, or they are overwhelmed with how and where to start and what pet to choose.

The Solutions:

I’ve built a brand for this service to help make it both recognizable and memorable, as well as posters to grab people’s attention and interest. I designed social media ads and campaigns to reach young pet owners. And to provide information, I designed brochures, booklets and infographics on different pets, starting with easy exotic pets such as hermit crabs and bearded dragons. The designs will help reach the target audience faster to deliver the knowledge they seek and need to have a good relationship with their pets, and this will lead to less and less unwanted pets with time.
