MEMENTO MOVIE POSTER REDESIGN

"Memories can be distorted. They're just an interpretation, they're not a record, and they're irrelevant if you have the facts"
Leonard Shelby

CHALLENGE

The Challenge was to redesign the poster for Christopher Nolan's film Memento. The poster should convey the general feeling of the film, so the viewer can have a general idea of the film before even watching it.

SOLUTION

I started by sketching some ideas first, and then I started designing different concepts. After going through rounds and rounds of feedback, I decided on one design and started developing it further. The idea I was trying to convey is the memory loss of the main character and how he tries to deal with it to remember things by taking photos, notes, and getting tattooed.

WHAT I DID

As a result, I designed: A poster for the film Memento. A banner to go with the poster.
